Making Quilts for Child Serve in Johnston, IA
Local Fire Departments
Providing quilts to aid families who have lost their homes to a fire.
2011 Projects
Youth Emergency Shelter
This organization can use and will accept quilts from baby thru twin size. Brights and kid prints would be appreciated.
Local Hospitals
We will donate
quilts to the for the premature babies in our local hospitals. There is a
need for quilts from size 36” X 36” up to 42” X 42”. Pastel colors are
preferred. These quilts are used to cover the isolates and then are
given to the families when the babies go home.
