The Eastern Polk Quilters’ Guild is a non-profit organization that
meets monthly to advance the members’ knowledge and enjoyment of quilts
and quilting.The meetings are held on the third Monday of each month at the Lutheran Church of the Cross at 1701 8th St SW, in Altoona, IA, a suburb located NE of Des Moines just off I-80. The meeting begins at 7:00 pm and includes a short business meeting, show and tell, and a program or speaker. Meeting refreshments are supplied by a membership committee.
Dues are $25 annually (Jan-Dec) for members who choose to receive their newsletters via e-mail and $30 for those who request a printed copy be mailed.
